I am hoping to get some guidance and direction on RFE I received regarding my I-485 adjustment of status. My birth certificate has a late registration date and the USCIS is asking for a secondary evidence documentation to show name and proof of birth. One of the documents is an affidavit- my mother lives in India. How does underwriting compare to PIP litigation in terms of flex time (ability to stop/start work throughout day, work at 2 am if needed, etc)
