Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. I am looking to leave my current position due to not having the opportunity to run campaigns and earn experience.
However, every interview I get asked about the campaigns that I have run.
This is starting to feel like a closed loop. Any ideas are appreciated.

I do create some personal campaigns and do social media content on LinkedIn for my personal profile. That is why I get a high number of interviews but I stumble at the starting line.

What certificates/training should I do in order to apply for a brand manager/marketing manager on the brand side? Almost regretting my choices since I come from a prominent pharma ad agency as an account, and it seems like most brands consider account as sales, and limit pharma transition into non-pharma industry.

If you were to launch a new product campaign for a beverage in Feb/March, would you focus on spring/summer imagery or more oils that feel too premature? What cultural/timing things would you take into consideration?
