Miles: No; huge difference. Flying Lufthansa, you'll just get miles flown. Flying United, you'll get the dollars spent plus multipliers for class, etc. (I took Lufthansa to Europe and got 5,000; took United back and got 25,000).

PQM: Same, I think; both are based on miles flown but you might get a class multiplier with United that you wouldn't get with Lufthansa.

Depends where you buy ticket... For PQM it's the same for awarded miles depends, United tickets (even on Lufthansa flights) are awarded based on the ticket price while Lufthansa purchased tickets based on miles... Hope this helps, you can also check United website/ option earn miles

No one outside the industry wants to work in media because of the lower compensation. Sometimes it's up to finding the right candidate to do the job. I think it's easier to find the candidate in the industry than trying to move someone from outside the industry to work in media.
