How would this play out during conflict check: Had a Chase credit card default during law school. Collection agency filed suit in small claims as Chase bank’s assignee. Settled very quickly and voluntarily dismissed by collection agency. Potential firm has presented/is representing Chase in matters. Is this going to be an issue? Will new firm need a waiver from chase? What are the chances of rescinding offer?

I am about to move from Intuit to Google, but now when I am trying to decide on some orthodontist treatment I need (braces/Invisalign), it seems like Google’s Delta Dental PPO isn’t a great plan. The seems subpar compared to Qualcomm or Intuit’s. Can any current Google’s comment? On a similar note, are there other jerks available to Google’s, e.g.: subsidized movie/concert tickets, swag, travel/car rental discounts, etc? I’d appreciate the comments. YoE: 15 TC: 310K

Hi guys, wanted to know a little bit about the Post Merger Integration(PMI) team at KPMG Global Services. Would be great if you can share about nature of projects, work life balance, travel etc.

Serious question….with all of the pressure on the tech sector, companies freezing hiring, stocks down, companies cutting costs, how are things over in salesforce services? There is a lot of momentum overall for the services side of here economy (relative basis) in the US but a services division of a tech product company may be another matter. I hear salesforce is already slashing spending, cutting travel, etc. would value any views especially from the inside.

Have seen comp for NACR (restructuring) listed at around 150-200 for analysts, 200-275 for associates, and one mention of senior associates at 375k. Supposedly NACR gets crushed in terms of hours. But i've also read that targets are around 2000 hours per year? Something doesn't add up.....e.g. Associate $550/hr * 25% cap rate * 2000 billable hrs = $275k.......but 2000 hours is slightly over 40 hours a week (including 4 weeks vacay), not the 80 hr/week. So is there a ton of time on vacation?
