Received an RFE for my H1b. I'm freaking out. Send HELP!!!!

I moved to the Netherlands 3 months ago on a spouse visa. Was working with EY-P earlier. I have been applying to jobs and giving interviews but for some reason things are not working out. I get a different reason everytime (after going through the whole process). This has never happened earlier in life and now I don't know what else to do. I have worked as a strategy consultant (& a researcher). Should I change lines? Where else can I try?
I can't apply to boutique firms since Dutch is mandatory

I am seriously worried. I am doing my co-op and my supervisor is not giving me an easy time. So I was at a dinner with my MBA classmates, one an H1B, one a white American (slightly right of centre in terms of politics) and im a green card holder, the conversation got really awkward when my H1B pal starts ranting about how oppressive the H1B system and how it shows how racist the US is, the white dude held it in for a while and then said, you knew the rules before you came here, why didn’t you go to Canada or Europe. At this point both of them looked to me to intervene.

Anyone here know what marriage based green card timeline looks like how long does it take for the EAD and then for the interview to get scheduled?
