Recently i applied for Accenture and completed first round. I even got the mail that i made it to final round but now the status of my application is showing that the role is no longer under consideration. But when i called the helpdesk they are saying that I'm being under consideration for another role and the previous role project is no longer needed. Shall I wait for them to align me to role or can I apply for another suitable role by myself? im confused, it's been 3 days.

Are there any ARD Facilitators in this group?

Does it matter if you use the same examples for behavioral questions for first and second round interviews?

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
