Recently i had a very bad experience with IBM India for SAP consulting for Band 8. The HR is from Bengaluru and his behaviour was rude from beginning.. he was nitpicking about unnecessary things.. he arranged 2 technical interviews and then he vanished. Then when I contacted him he told not cleared and cut the phone..

One of the worst double standards in corporate america.

Companies especially startups expect you to not keep interviewing when you accept a job offer. “It can deteroriate your brand.”

But companies would replace you in a heartbeat for almost any reason. Including interviewing a candidate who will replace you (you will be fired as soon as they find a person).

So companies can fuck with the little guys but we can’t look for our best interest?

I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy.
