Recently I worked a job where the skills of a legal nurse consultant were valued and used. I loved the job, so I became certified a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. Now I am trying to get into law firms, but all they see is that I wasn't certified until this year. How do I get their attention so I can show them what I can do? The current steps I have taken are brochures, cards, emails, phone calls, personal visits.

Transactional associate. Lateraled 6 months ago and one of the biggest pain points has been my new firm’s inclination to “hop on a call”, which of course requires every single stakeholder to join.
