The recruiter called it a unicorn opportunity, I politely told them they are looking for 5 jobs in 1 and than I was going to pass. Is this what it is like now for AD roles? I am working with some of the best shops and this makes the situation worse considering that I am largely surrounded by an extremely competent group of folks that are super good at any form of communication. How do you feel as a native speaker when you meet non-natives? Should they be worried, or, they doing ok?
