Recieved offer from TCS as well as Accenture, having around 11 years experience. CTC nearly same but Accenture variable is high and also joining bonus. Profile - Associate consultant for TCS and Associate Manager for Accenture. What do you propose as per your experience.

Hello fishes, I received offer letter from Mindtree and uploaded the documents on their onboarding portal. But now I have a better offer in hand and hence will not be joining Mindtree. A firm approached me with an offer because I had worked with some partners who recently joined.
