Sending this post for insights on recruiter call with McKinsey.

I got an email from a recruiter in McKinsey asking my interest for the role of digital business analyst. I'm working for a Big 4 in tech consulting, graduated with a double major of business administration and statistics.

I'm wondering what will be covered during the recruiter call, and for the following steps, will there be technical interview or more focused on case and behavior? Thank you!McKinsey & Company

What laptop (make and model) do you get when you join PwC SDC Kolkata (Risk Assurance, Associate 2).
Is a new or old laptop provided?
When do you receive the laptop? Is it post joining or beforehand?

I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . I don’t wanna undersell but also trying to avoid being aggressive but quote a decent number which will be achievable. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Is 125k $ base a fair value for or I can pitch higher? They have a 15 to 20 % bonus on top of base pay and a 10% match on 401k which the recruiter keep highlighting.

I am joining Deloitte soon, before putting down my notice with my current employer the background investigation team informed me that except the current employer all elements are completed and finalized. The Current employer verification will be done before the week of the start date. I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I'd like to send another email today (to the hiring mgr and recruiter) reiterating my interest along with a list of references. Thoughts on sending the references without them asking?
