Most people struggle for months even if they didn’t take a break. Leverage your network and get referrals if you can.
This is the best advice
The market is rough these days. Have you picked up any recent training or certification? Are there news skills in the job descriptions that you can easily ramp up on?
Have you tapped your old network. It's been a while but it could be worth the effort if anyone has a lead for your country.
Thanks for Ur time..Yes..I have started doing checking my old network.
Ensure your CV has a good ATS grade. I am also looking for a new job after 3 years of working in my current company. Before my CV was a bit standard and I got responses from top companies. Now, I wasn't getting almost any responses. 2 weeks ago I spent more than 1 day optimizing my CV and making more clear what were my achievements in each role, and now I am getting more responses
Yes, sure, I will work on it.Thanks
im really sorry man, i know its tough out there. your probably tired of hearing this but have you tried the following?
get any additional certs or renew old ones?
tailoring ur resume using AI?
cold messaging recruiters with an ai generated message modified in your own tone?
any possibility of upwork freelancing?
if you tried all of the above and still nothing then maybe talk to a career coach???
Thanks much for your words.
I should try your 3rd & 4th suggestion first..

Dude you haven't worked for 3 years and we're in the most competitive and brutal tech job market ever. There's thousands of laid off tech workers who can't find a job. I'm not surprised at all by the responses you're getting. You might want to explore another career trajectory.
I am also in Networking but project management side and that’s all I get as well. 5 months now with nothing.
