Joined IBM : 12th Feb 2025 received my joining bonus in two parts, 65k (with 12 months clause which got completed) in first month salary after joining and 65k after 6 months i.e. 11th August'25 (with 12 months clause that is supposed to end on 11th August'26).
I don't want to return my joining bonus 🥲
Is there any way to refrain from returning the joining bonus ?
Can I get my lwd extended as 8th and 9th August are weekends.

Hi all, I have recently received an entry level offer from BCG Dubai.
I have 3+ years of experience out which half in consulting and half in managerial role in corporate.

Would you take such an offer or would you look for better seniority at another consulting ? Is it a fair treatment?

I feel burnt out by how ruthless the tech industry in US is, but I also know I’m making much more money than people outside of tech or consulting.

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.
