Revera Q: how annoying are they with employment timelines? Upon checking exacts, my end date for previous role was a month earlier than I had put and new role start was one more later (2 month delta). Where do they typically raise a flag and when does that flag typically need to be explained?

Generally curious about this years incoming batch of undergrads. What is your role and starting salary? Lots of HR laws ( CA, NY) and inflation this year so curious to see if people were able to use this to their advantage etc.

I got an offer from an company in June 2022. I put my 90 days NP in TCS.
Now with only 20 days remaining, my Person of Contact infomed me that they're keeping my offer on hold and postponing it to 27th oct. They also told me that I should look for other offers as it is also not confirmed.

McKinsey referral system glitch?

I got a referral from an EM over a month ago. He says my candidate status showed "turned down" immediately following the submission. What are my chances at M7?

White male, 3.6 GPA at top public school (like UVA), 700 GMAT, 3.5 years work experience (2y in big 4 MC, 1.5y in corp dev), letter of rec from HBS grad CFO of my company.

I see a lot of the applications state that (in the event you can’t take the GMAT due to COVID) a minimum GMAT score will be required if admitted as stated in the admissions letter. Any guesses on what a minimum GMAT score would be for M7?
