Will be put into PIP or not?

I have heard that all SA2 with tier 4 performance have been put into PIP on Monday. Not sure the policy to SA1 who still have exams in July.

I've been asked to provide a start-up life sciences co. with reccos for D&O insurance. Does anyone have any reccos to share?
