2018: Unemployed most of year -> $35.5k (assistant, starting new career in media)
2019 - 2020: $60k (senior associate)
2021: $80k (manager)
2022: $105k -> $125k (senior manager, associate director)
2023: $130k (associate director)

What’s the going OTE for an enterprise software pre-sales engineer/architect these days for 10+ years of experience? Looking around at different opps and not getting any pushback from asking for $250k OTE even though my current employer believes $230k is the high end for this level. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.
