192k is DEFINITELY the higher end for ACN. I'm at $160k, but have heard of some managers getting as low as $110k.
Yeah I wonder how much my bump will be next year, currently a first year manager.
110 is low even for assurance over here
Are we talking salary or salary + bonus?
M2 - are you MBA? Otherwise (well, still) wow.
I swear I could've written this post. I'm the equivalent of an Associate Manager in Tech Consulting, offer pending from D @ Manager. Really anxious to see what their initial offer is (was expecting $145-155 base range, but now you have me thinking I'm lowballing myself).
Non MBA. Just negotiated a good offer coming in.
Fairly comparable. Deloitte will likely offer you a bump to get you to make the switch but ultimately, the salaries will normalize. If you're in a promo year, I'd stick it out and see where it takes you, will take longer to rebuild your network and gain support for promo.
Unless of course you already have an offer in hand at a the Manager level. Then it might be worth it.
I'm HCM out of Dallas at ACN, I'm at 192k
F me, EY seriously under pays
M2, you're doing something right.
@m2 what were you before? How big of a jump did you get?
162 as a Senior 3 at EY.
@M2 that great! You're doing well!
Thanks for the replies.
