Salary POV:Recently I accepted an offer for consulting technical manager with 182k as base+25% variable bonus(to be paid quarterly).The hiring manager said this is the best Oracle can offer.Should I have negotiated a bit more?Or is it fine?And does Oracle pay quarterly bonus and what percent?
