Help me ask for a raise in my upcoming performance review? In sum, my company’s HQ is in Texas and I feel I’m being paid a Texas wage when I live in Los Angeles (the role is remote). We do have a San Francisco office and I want to ask my boss to match me what staff are making there. As that’s more comparable. My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.
