I cleared 2 rounds of interviews with Sanofi in late Oct 2024. I have also completed the HR discussion regarding salary and submitted all the required documents. However, I have not yet received an offer or any further updates from the team.The last update I received from HR was on Nov 15, 2024, Could you please let me know how long it typically takes to receive the offer letter, Additionally, if anyone has received an offer from Sanofi India in Oct or Nov 2024.

I took an offer for campus hire at KPMG in Tech Strategy(Canada) this summer however I haven't been able to get my salary before signing due to complications. My estimate is 62k salary.

Now applied to Deloitte Digital and got an offer for 65k CAD + 2k signing bonus doing Salesforce.

Would I be stupid not to take the Deloitte offer on the table despite already signing with KPMG?
