Fractal - 13.5 LPA
Dunnhumby - 15 LPA
Gartner - 15 LPA
Any suggestions on which company should I join ? I've 2+ years of experience.

I asked for a raise at work and they told me I would have to wait until the new fiscal year (5 months from now) before they could make any adjustments. I provided many reasons to my management as to why I deserve the raise and all the successes I’ve had over the years with this company and management agreed that they were all valid reasons that warrant a raise. Does it make sense to stay and wait it out or should I be looking for a new job because I am being under valued?

Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.
