People that live alone and wfh during busy season, Do you you find yourself getting lonely wfh all the time? I have a psychopath roommate and plan on moving out and living alone, but I do worry about being lonely during busy season/winter.

I think Id prefer to be lonely than have another roommate though. What are some thoughts?

Key positives for my current employer are pay and security. But my new role within the company isn't working for me, and ultimately I don't think it is for the company either.

A much much smaller (20 people) company offered me a role.

With the global economic situation as is, is it worth the risk to change to a job I know i'd like more with less pay, and potentially less job security?

Currently working in a Management Consulting role in Big 4 (not front office). Got an offer from Product Based company that is more of value consulting and business development role. and Its a new team catering to Partner ecosystem of the company. I am doing good in my current role.
