Seeking Advice: Any tips and tricks within Administration? I am entering my Masters this fall to achieve my Educational Leadership and Administration Credential!

I'm a recent nurse graduate from Greece, and I definitely don't want to stay here. I would like to go abroad, preferably somewhere with similar culture to mine to do a masters. I have no idea what Master's would be a good choice for me, so any ideas about "hot" ones right now?

How did you all get your start in this area of law? It seems so foreign to me but also something I’d love to learn more about and become involved with.

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. A patient of mine essentially asked me to fraudulently bill his insurance the other day. My response was records can be audited at anytime which could result in my license being put at risk. He asked me how many times has that happened? I was like that doesn’t matter. I spent way too much time, money and effort to get to where I am.

After I max out my:

1.) 401k for the year
2.) My HSA for the year
3.) ROTH IRA for the year

What do people invest in after that? Whats the most tax advantaged way to save once you have maxed all of the above out?

Is anyone else tired of being a punching bag day in and day out?

Really looking for a way to turn around a toxic building culture with staff to staff bullying, cliques/social isolation, hard feelings on big topics (racism, non acceptance of gender identity). Last year the staff polarized with the lead bully whom I helped leave. And the lead gossip (who was my secretary) that gained their sympathy and turned them against me. She also left. Now I need to regain trust and eliminate unacceptable teacher behaviors. Open to any and all advice.
