Seeking advice on conflicts check.

I previously worked in a one attorney firm, providing grunt work (going through past agrmts/researching etc) for a partner to advise his corporate clients. I moved on to a different firm now but as that being my first job, I didn't think of taking the time sheet with me when I left. I am not sure if I can ask him for my time sheet during my time there (it ended 2 years ago). How should I fill out my questionnaire for my time there?

Did you leave on good terms? If so, can't bother to ask. I think most attorneys understand since a conflicts check is a very standard part of a new job at a new firm. Plus, tbh, that partner refusing to help you comply with conflict screening procedures could arguably be considered a violation of professional ethics, especially since you're screening for conflicts with respect to THEIR clients.
