I’m a Finance & Accounts professional with 3+ years of experience in Treasury, Vendor Payments, GST Compliance, BRS, and ERP-based accounting (Oracle & Tally). I’ve been actively searching for opportunities in AP, AR, Treasury, and Corporate Finance roles for over a month but haven’t secured the right opportunity yet. is biometric appointment for h4 COS also adding to delays for h4 COS and EAD? or we can schedule an appointment as soon as COS is applied? someone told me it’s taking 2 years these days for h 4 ead approval 1 year for h4 cos another year wait time for biometric and few months for ead is that true? From what i read and understood it takes around 12 months for entire process including biometric

Is genetic carrier screening prior to starting an ivf cycle necessary? I tested and found some disorders. Now my RE won’t start my cycle until my partner is tested. They are saying they will have to do special PGT tests if we are carriers of the same disorder. I am confused. I thought this type of testing was optional and usually recommended if you are using a donor. My guess is that they are booked and pushing me to the Jan cycle. Thoughts?

Hi new here. Idk what my value is and if I’m getting paid an amount that reflects my hard work. I am a paralegal for a small law firm (family and immigration) w only 1 attorney. I have about 20 files or more in my rotation at a time. I work on various types of cases at once. Some are simple, others are extensive. I feel like it’s very unstructured and one of the managers micromanages. It’s like every man for himself. Take home pay is $50k. I am working on my bachelors deg. Do I get paid enough?

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role
