What's the salary range for a director at the Gilead Sciences foundation? There is a position perfect for me, but I don't want to throw my hat in the ring if starting salary isn't $180-190k. Also, any thoughts on the stability of their philanthropic commitment? There's talk of a recession; I don't want to go private to be cute a few months later.

Hello fam. T&E is back online.
Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

From my (admittedly limited!) experience, the key two ways hiring occur are through referrals and recruiters. If you know somebody who works at a firm or for a company you’d be interested in, you could ask them to pass you CV along. Another approach is to use recruiters, as often they’ll have a very good understanding of what’s available and can then market you accordingly. I haven’t used them, but Taylor Root or the Stephen James Partnership are two options. Shoot them a message and I’m sure he’d be very happy to help!
Thank you so much! This is super helpful!
I would love to hear more about your experience transitioning from the US to London.
