A BCG recruiter ghosted me after she reached out to schedule an interview. How long should I wait before following up? What is the common courtesy to give to ppl at BCG. I don’t wanna come off as too aggressive but I really need to get this interview set as there are other pending confirmations Boston Consulting Group

Are you kidding? This is heaven.
I agree. I love
-not dealing with the awful commute,
-not having to spend time thinking about and spending time and money on “work clothes” etc,
-not having to chit chat small talk in hallways
- not being forced to work in the awful open space that was almost impossible to work in or focus in.

I’m loving this. Getting to spend a ton of time with my kids while they’re small - without a zillion activities and birthday parties and schedules!
It's almost ideal. Once they confirm we never have to return it's bye fucking bye city living.
I agree we are the same
I have really loved the quarantine. I wouldn’t mind going to the office once in a while but being home is really great.
Saving a 1.5 hrs one way to get to work and not spending $20 a day on commuting alone has done wonders for me. I love it.

Agreed. I love not having to go into the office for all the reasons above. But I'd like my husband's office to open so he can go back so I can have the office to myself. 😆
Ok glad I’m not the only one 🤣
I want to be back on set regularly. I don’t want to be back in the office.
I don’t really see it ending anytime soon
My quality of life has improved tenfold.
Whenever I needed to do any kind of deep creative thinking for work, I’d always need to save it for home, after hours. Impossible to focus in an open office. So yeah, work-wise I can live with this.
In every other respect, though, I’m so exhausted and ready for this all to end.

All the extroverted social butterfly rockstar ninjas who desperately crave constant social interaction and a busy life to have purpose right now after realising they may never ever have to go back into the office or even just out at all
Agree. I’d be happy to never step into my actual office ever again. I hope all agencies are following this thread, honestly it’s a win win for employee and employer, downsize those expensive Soho office spaces, save some cash, even better put that money towards benefits like nanny coverage and home office supplies.

If I had kids at home w/o childcare help I think I’d go insane though. I feel for the parents.
Totally
I don't mind working from home. Just wish I had consistent childcare
I agree. I love it.
