I have been increasingly given more responsibility and even more side projects. I have also been proactive and searching for internal positions that fit my skill set. Can I get suggestions on when would be the opportune time to ask for a raise? Should I wait until my one year anniversary? How should I go about this?

Think the people in this industry need to take time to volunteer or engage with some tougher parts of town and understand that by virtue of even having investment accounts, that they’re more financially safe than at least 50% of America. Help me get over my covid anxiety: had plans with a friend but they got exposed to covid. Got a neg rapid test but feel like they have a sore throat and still want to hang.
