AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

AWS has prestige but is it worth it?

Hey everyone I’m making a large career change. I’m still working at my current role but have been learning to code for a minute. Html, css, JavaScript, python, and SQL. Please, I need your opinion on this. I have 6 years of experience as a software developer and just finished my masters degree in data science. Now I am looking for a job here in the US. I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation. They emailed me back saying that I am no longer in this process anymore with no further explanation and in Thanksgiving day. Is that normal?that email really got me very upset

So there's this really great brief that comes around every year for the past 3 years and again my partner and I have been asked to help...but only on the Spanish translation. Why do I feel offended?

I just joined our planning committee and have to come up with ideas for Hispanic Heritage Month (virtually). But no one on the committee is Hispanic so any ideas on how to authentically celebrate?
