What would be a typical salary for a junior in house counsel role (3 yoe) at a publicly traded company in a secondary market (think Austin, Tampa, Charlotte)? Another good senior gave notice today 🥲 don’t blame her one bit and wish her best of luck - I just wish our firm would’ve treated people better so that people at least don’t leave during busy season (we are filing in 3 weeks). Now I am seeing a lot of people leave during even busy season.. and I would’ve too if I had an offer
