It’s fairly common. I know several guys who don’t top anymore due to ED issues. Stemming from reasons like depression meds, performance anxiety etc.

I think it’s a bit more of an enhancement than a fix.
But doesn’t the fact that people feel that they need the fix align with the concern?
People who are ‘performing’ well shouldn’t want to ‘improve’ on that kind of performance.
As a top, it ensures I stay rock hard. I also take stimulants and anti-depressants , which sometimes interfere with my ability to stay aroused. I agree w PWC1 that it’s mostly an enhancer rather than a big fix

Mostly it’s deceptive advertising, making otherwise healthy guys “think” they need it.
I'm in my 20s and don't have those issues at all. But I think they're marketing them as performance enhancing pills.
