Hi fishes, How is WLB, Hikes in company @dell .
Wow. McKinsey, which has the biggest public sector presence of the MBB, really hasn't been doing too hot at all in the sector.
Its presence is tiny and it's gotten even smaller. Meanwhile it's bungling whatever opportunities it's getting.

Not a great storyteller but I know for a fact that my life would not be the same if I didn't take the big leap with student loans and get the education I got. I earn a living and live a life now that I couldn't have imagined for myself. Hope that helps
101% helps. Thank you
I’m 1st gen & grew up very poor. I graduated with $30K student loans (got my bachelors in accounting). I grew up in poverty so taking those loans meant nothing to me. When you start at ground 0, you have nowhere else to go but up. I didn’t even think about it. Guess what that got me? I started off making nearly $80K my 1st year, & able to put my sibling through college so she doesn’t need to take any loans. I also have a home that my parents & sibling can live without having to worry about pay the bills or food. I was able to get my parents a better functioning car & my dad used it to start his own business making decent $ now & repaid me tenfold. I hope that’s motivation enough. Takes money to make money.
When I posted this, I didn't expect anyone to take the time to craft their story the way that you did! Thank you. It brought tears to my eyes. God Bless! May you continue to be helpful to your family. :)
Not me but loans got my wife out of a tiny town, to college, and then through med school.
I took 100k in student loans and ended up in consulting. I now make 112k a year and I'm about to drop 50k on the remaining 90k I still have to deal with.
I'm planning to refinance to be able to live a little more frugally :]
OP I definitely would not have been able to get my degree and then go on and get a job that would pay for my masters had it not been for student loans. I hate that I had to take them out but I am doing really well for myself with the education that they provided me.
