Got an interview request from Amazon for Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. I have been interviewed by and worked for multiple big names like Mcafee, Meta, Microsoft but never by Amazon. I’m wondering how’s their hiring process, what kind of questions and tasks are waiting for me, how many steps are there etc.
Thank you in advance, everyone!

Absolutely you should , you owe nothing to no one , and if you get this job keep looking for better one
CS1 I Haven't been looking for long, maybe two weeks or so. Quit my old job those two weeks ago- a couple days after I quit, got a call from this place I applied to like two months ago saying that they wanted to interview me.
I took it because I was desperate, but I wasn't that enthused about it and I still haven't heard back. I've applied to a handful of other jobs since and had one interview today with something more on my career trajectory, so it's all working out well.
Rising Star
Always keep applying to jobs until you've completed your first day of post-probation work.
100% this. Never stop applying.
100% because you are only a shortlist of applicants and unless you have been offered the position and you have accepted the offer and contract signed- you should still keep looking!
Yes, never put all your eggs in one basket. Especially if you are feeling intrepid about the egg. Happy Easter.
Always
Never stop looking for “better” for yourself. Sometimes having multiple offers is a good thing: but it is YOU that decides what’s right for you.
I've never been given multiple offers before and I'm scared of the day that may happen because I am SO indecisive 😭 Not feeling stuck with one offer because of a lack of options seems nice though, so I will keep applying
Do not put all your eggs in one basket. No job is guaranteed especially in 2025. Keep applying and going for interviews until you find the right fit. I have been unemployed for three months now it’s the longest I’ve been unemployed in my life. I’ve been on multiple interviews. Some of them actually call me for an interview. Some of them Don’t. most of them I hear back from. I was actually offered a job couple weeks ago. I got denied due to a background check which has never happened in my whole 30 years so I definitely think something is going on. Good luck.
Absolutely jobs were way easier to find in the past and the economy was a lot different. I started working when I was 14 years old with a work permit and now I’m 34 so a lot of that has to do on my work experience as well. I have a really good resume and over 10 years of management experience. I’m basically a jack of all trades so that’s why it’s not hard for me to find a job. But I just suggest you apply to anything and everything that you can. whether you’re overqualified or under qualified You never know it could be that one job that calls you. I actually had a phone interview today and now I will be meeting them in person tomorrow for a final interview. I do feel like places will start hitting again. It’s been a long job freeze. Don’t give up hope
Yes! Keep interviewing until you signed your contract.
Depends, there’s a real cost to interview and go through panels and take home assignments that can distract from your current job. No harm in applying but if you’re serious about the roles you’ll have to bring your A game and that will drain time from your current role.
Depends how much free time you have and how able you are to dilute focus from work.
Apply apply apply then
100% keep going until you have signed an acceptance letter and begun onboarding. You often should keep looking until you have started your first day... And beyond. It's a tough time.
Yes you should. Even if they offer you a job it's possible to get two offers around the same time and you get to pick the best one.
I got in a situation where they bid the money up too.
I would keep applying. An interview is just that. Doesn't mean anything, as they're interviewing others as well. Don't exclude out other jobs until you have an offer or something in writing that's official.
