Recruiter and HR assigned to onboard me are both not responding to my questions/emails over the past two weeks (2 emails each). Is this normal? If not, what should I be doing? Huge turn off.

Just took this BCG Quant Reasoning test and I think I messed it up. Some of the units are so confusing. Is nearest 000s of pounds 23000 or 23? They don’t partial mark it and the whole test was filled with this sort of thing. Oh well
