I am new to consulting at one of the Big 4 (experienced hire). I have a lot of friends and EY consulting from undergrad and when I casually bring it up, the most often reaction with consultants inside and outside of my firm is that they have had experiences having to clean up after EY a lot. Does EY have a real struggle with putting out quality work? I also ask because on networking calls undergrads tell me they hear EY has a bad rep for work quality and ask me it is true or not.
