Have you ever been told off by an older attorney of color? Got an offer at a great company. Ive done this job before but moved away from it because it burnt me out because of the people and it scarred me. I have found out i have ptsd from it and am scared to start the new one. Been working on ptsd thru therapy. I know its a great firm and a great opportunity but my ptsd is bad. Another company last wk reached out same field diff role more chill and behind the scenes and i cant help but think about the easy way out over the challenge and better future.
