When a company reports bitcoin securities in their SEC filings, do the bitcoin securities get reported with the regular currency interest or is it a separate filing?

I recently gave my small firm notice that I am leaving and moving to another state. I mentioned that I am considering starting my own practice in the new area, and the managing partner suggested that I transition to an “of counsel” position at a 1099 hourly rate (remote) while I got started. I thought the rate was a bit low, but I’m not sure what to compare it to. Anybody have any experience with these arrangements? Any advice on how to structure? Or if it’s worth it? Any input is appreciated.

Has anyone quit their job because of a relationship? I started my job 3 months ago and now my employer wants me to move to NY. I was taking a friend to the airport and her flight was delayed, so we stopped at a restaurant to see a mutual friend who was eating there with her entire extended family. There was an empty table next to them with several half-eaten pies on it, so I assumed a previous party had just finished their meal and left. I finished off 4 of the pies and then left to get my friend to the airport. Turns out the pies were part of an employee appreciation dinner for the servers and so (finished in comment)
