Need some help regarding PF.
I joined a company on 7th Dec. Just got the Laptop on the first day. 12th Dec was my induction day where I was supposed to fill different forms like form 11 ,joining report etc. I resgined on 9th Dec . Today I gave my laptop to the company.
Question is will they be able to open PF account with the help of UAN mentioned in salary slips, Adhar number and pan number that i submitted during offer process?

Aka first year total comp $245k, increasing annually to $265k, $317.5k, $385k, $455k, $495k, $535k, $550k.

I worked with a recruiter and seemed like salary for third years for Group B firms is $195-$205, while Group C is $165-$180 (Kirton, Parr Brown, DJP, firms like that). I think all of the A firms pay market except for GT and Foley, they might pay market till like 4-5 year and then it flattens, but would like if someone could confirm.
I’m at biglaw firm in another market thinking about coming back to the promised land.
Group B, just finishing first year: $160
H&H 5th year, $175k
AFAIK, another group A firm (I’m in a different office but work closely with SLC) makes market.
Quinn pays market.
Kirton 1st years start at $160k: 2nd year goes up to $163k
Looks like Salary for Kirton will remain this way for 2024. First year is $160k, second year is $163k, third year is $166k, fourth year is $170k, fifth year is $175k, sixth year is $181k, and seventh and up is $188k.
Any insight on Dorsey’s scale?
$210K for 3rd year for 1750 hrs partnership track. But it’s higher for the 1900 hr track.
I’ll start: Group A, 5th year, $295k
Class of 2020. While lateraling in 2023 from a Group A SLC firm (making market), I tested the waters with Group B firms. I received an offer for $195k from a Group B firm, and ended up accepting a biglaw offer in a different city instead.
My recruiter and I got the sense that the Group B offer was generous/approaching the upper limit of what someone in my class year could get.
I can also confirm that Group A SLC firms are paid on the Cravath scale (including bonuses).
