So AI is obviously taking over. My cousin, who is an HR manager, just lost his job to AI. How far in do you think AI has come in this field? I assume a lot of roles you would take up after an MBA, especially managerial, can now be made very efficiently possible with the right AI assistants and tools. What's your take on this?

Aside from your PMP certification, what was the best training / class you’ve taken (maybe through AMA?) that has supported you in your PM role?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away.
