Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?

What are all the rounds of interviews in Deloitte USI? I had going through Technical and HR. Was expecting there would be some salary discussion during HR round, but wasn't any. Although they took my current CTC structure. I was told Talent team deals with salary and not the manager who contacted the HR round. Can someone please let me know what can I expect further? If you have to ask I say no
The opportunities that become available to you after 1 year as a manager are worth it. Can't speak to the bonus. If you have no desire to stay in this field or something tangential, then move on to what you want to do. If not, then definitely stay in for a little while longer.
M1 in DC and making 107 in tax and you have to stay until April to get the bonus. Once you get it, don't have to stay. Pwc 2 is kind of clueless
EY 1- it's a 20% bonus and doesn't include the performance bonus. A top performer can tickle $40k in bonuses as a first year manager.
Do PwC Managers make $200k? Because to get a $40k bonus on 20% that's what your saying. Seems high for a new Manager as I doubt many if any new Sr Managers have that high of a salary
Milestone bonus is 20% of salary as an M1, used to be 25% til this year. You then get your regular bonus as well, which could prob range from 15-20k as a first year manager.
Shouldn't go down since they laid out the percentages for the next few years. But you never know since the reduction from 25 to 20 was random
No
Yes
I mean I want to stay in an accounting or FPA or some sort of business planning development role
So yea you're looking at a 30-40k bonus as a first year manager
Milestone is paid out in April right after busy season, other bonus is in Sept.
Depends on what you want. If you find the right opportunity you want outside of PA before the bonuses then take it. There's plenty of money and bonuses to be made outside of PA.
All depends on the exit opportunity and what you want.
Well you have to stay a year to keep the bonus so that's something to consider
Also M1 isn't making 100k OP
But who know if that 20 percent will grow down to 15 percent
