No. Our HR is terrible at managing health benefits for the chronically ill. Run, don’t walk, from Huge (unless you have a spouse with better insurance or are under 26).
Huge 1, I’d been considering a job with you guys. In what way are they bad at managing benefits? Is it just that the plans they offer have poor coverage (like most these days), or something else?
I enjoy my teammates but fuck, I would go back to consulting in a heartbeat if I could afford to pay $3 to $7k of healthcare costs out of my own pocket each month with a top tier individual ACA insurance plan.
That's interesting, I wondered if small shops would be better or worse. My agency seems really flexible, but I dont think my boss has really ever had to deal with it before. So it's a mix for me.
