Gym on lunch break. No juicing. Whole grain is a lie. Keto works for some but if you’re eating lots of eggs, cheese, bacon and steak, that can actually not help a whole lot with your insulin sensitivity (try greens, doodles, cauliflower...get a ton of lower carb veggies in, fish, olive oil, etc.). Walk, especially after meals. Get in those steps. But remember: YMMV. Everyone is different. Don’t stress and don’t beat yourself up. You got this!

Treat yourself to a good cookbook, some nice workout wear, and some grocery delivery. Or whatever you feel will make YOU feel like you can cope better.
Also: netrition.com for keto bagels, cauliflower pizza crust that isn’t all carbs, and fucking excellent keto pancake and brownie mix. Ignore me if you are not cutting carbs. This shit saved me tho
