So I decided to leave Wells. I interviewed with multiple companies. 5/3 offered me an analyst role at $85k really early in the process and I accepted (I made $70k at Wells). BofA just offered me the exact same role at $125k. Would it look bad if I accept the better offer knowing I just started with 5/3?

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. Hi all, I have a question regarding retirement accounts. I am not sure if I should choose a Roth or 401k (company has 4+2% match). Currently 23, base salary is ~100k and investments have brought 45k this year which has me teetering between a 22-24% tax bracket. Wondering what the usual tax bracket is of people retired (around 65yo) as I’m not sure anything would bring in significant income with the exception of investments. In my case would a Roth make sense? Appreciate any answers!!
