So I have been facing on issue for my PF transfer from TechM. TechM contributes to the EPS(Pension Scheme), whereas as per a circular in 2014, employees with basic more than 15k are not eligible for EPS. TechM still contributes which creates a lot of problem when u are transfer the PF as the claim gets rejected.
The SOP states that TechM should fill a 3A form and submit to EPFO office but that never happens and my claim has been stuck for ages.
Any ideas as to how it can be resolved?

Recently found out a hiring manager was bragging to a bunch of people at the company about getting me to accept an offer for a must cheaper rate than he expected. He was let go soon after. Justice? Not sure..

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

Is there a way to know your business unit prior to joining in techM?
