Happy diwali 😂

Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

I'd only go up maybe 2 or 3 inches for the pot size. I think it may be a 2 person job. I'd prep the new pot with a mix of well draining soil (make sure it has a drainage hole & you have a tray under it!) Then slowly loosen the soil around the roots (I use a chopstick) and lift the plant out. Clean the roots as much as possible and loosen them then place into the new pot & fill it in with additional soil. You may be able to lay it down sideways on a tarp to clean the roots or someone may need to just hold it up while you're working
Short update: Managed to repot it today, she doesn’t look very happy, but I am hoping for the best. Cross fingers for us!
Looks like she needed more water ? How is she doing?
Thank you all for your feedback! It became a bit wonky/leaning to one side when I tried to move it, so now I think I really need to repot it (and maybe even add stakes to hold it?). It has quite a few shoots so I think it might be actually still comfortable in the red pot, but I am definitely not comfortable while looking at it 🤪
I will get a bigger pot, new soil and ask my husband to help carry it.
Yes the pot is 3x too small
I’m not qualified to tell you what soil combo to create for the new pot. That is easily googled though.
What I do know is to pull it out before the next watering, loosen the root system so they aren’t pot shaped. It’s okay if a few roots break. They will regrown, happily.

You need a moist soil as it is a tropical plant. You may want to get some stakes around it OR consider pruning it when you repot it so it remains stable. You can propagate your cuttings.
Yes. The pot is too small.
Is it putting out new shoots? Are the roots coming out from the bottom? These are things to assess. I’m not as familiar with diffens but if the plant is thriving let it be for the moment.

Repot and enjoy!! You’ve got the green 👍🏻
Beautiful plant! Yes, it’s too big. Idk how to repot though 🥹
What plant is this? So beautiful
It’s a diffenbachia
Oh my, plant looks great! Definitely need to upgrade to bigger home! 😀🤙🏻
Consider dividing it when you repot.
