So, I recently got an offer in NYC that lands me as an associate at a bank and it’s a good salary, but I previously took an offer at an asset management firm back in September for an analyst role in ATL for a lower salary, right now, I’m thinking of taking the NY offer… any advice on going back against an offer?

Amazon recruiter reached out and wants to know my general compensation expectations before first interview. Very little info available on role but seeing $150k-$250k total compensation reported. Is this too wide of a range to give them?

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal?
