So i recently had 2 rounds of interview with Deloitte post which i received an email for pht survey (last week).
I have two questions:
1. am I selected for the role? And what is the normal timeline for getting offer letter
2. Will my 90 days np be an issue?-- keep in mind that the hr never asked me about my notice period when she called me up for interview but I had mentioned it on my job application.

Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. Have y’all been getting raises/bumps in any kind of regular cycle? Thx.

Starting a new job at Applied Materials on Monday as a Manufacturing Engineer III. I’ve been out of college for 5 years and all of my work experience till now has been in R&D for start ups and small businesses . So not only is this a new experience for me going into such a large company but also a industry (semiconductors). Can anyone suggest if I can make a rental contract with my parents on a 1rupee stamp duty letter for below 1 lakh? If so, can I directly submit that to income tax department while filing the return for claiming refund or should I be disclosing in Deloitte Portal for last FY 2022. Hi everyone I am relocating to Hyderabad next month. Even though I look forward to meeting new people I can’t seem to ignore the fact that I will move away from family. My family situation is already complicated, my mom and dad are not on good terms so we don’t live together and when I move it’ll get worse. I am financially independent but I feel guilty for not being there for them. Is there any possibility of getting transferred to Gurgaon office(a lot closer to my home)if I talk to my manager?

Hello, quick qstn - I'm from Tax and planning to move to another team within the same memberfirm. I am eligible for senior nxt year. So if I move now to another team this year (maybe aug,22) will I be Still eligible for senior in my new team or should I continue to serve 1 more year there for my advancement?
