Are you thinking of exit before even you enter B4? To answer your question, we need to know what level in industry you want to exit to? If you are thinking of exiting to Sr.Director/VP level, you should wait until you make SM.
Not thinking about it but I want to be open minded. Thank you for the advice.
Best time to leave is immediately after getting promoted. Assuming you come in as a Senior Associate, if it take 3 years to make manager I’d say that is completely an acceptable time to leave. If it takes 2 years, probably better off waiting it out another 2 years to make senior manager.
Very firm dependent. I would say 5 years would be pretty average at PwC
I’m a new C from industry, and I plan on staying for 2-3 years or however long it takes to get promoted
