Hi sharks.. what would be monthly in hand?

Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days. The MNC will be offering good package, but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter, and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

No. People just think they’re worth more than they are.

People are just living above their means. All those slopbowls and Patagonia vests these finance bro pretenders are buying are bleeding themselves dry by trying to keep up with the Joneses

Yeah, don’t tell my firm, but I don’t hate my pay. I work super long hours and had to pay my dues, but I get decent flexibility and I’m kind of a dumbass so to get multiple six figure figures it’s fine.

Pay is exponentially better than I budgeted for at this level post the Covid scale resets. Swinging the stay at home wife with three kids in the burbs life a lot earlier than planned

Pay is pretty nice at experienced manager+. I’d have to take a pay cut for majority of industry roles I see
This is just a common theme in the US
Pay is pretty good actually
I don't think I'm underpaid.
