Bonus and comp raise %?
Got my verbal offer from citi on Monday..they said 15 lpa fix and since you’ll be joining in September, expect some hike(not much, but something will be there), same for bonus. What’s the cutoff date for the bonus and appraisal in citi?
Also, is the pf and all included in the ctc or is it over and above that?Citi

Thanks for posting this as I feel the same way. Have more knowledge than many of my peers in digital consulting and feel penalized for having a specialized skill set. Putting in my 2 weeks after bonus is paid out

Right, a lot of cyber skill sets are way more complex then just learning whatever hot product is on the market, very frustrating
Left Deloitte cyber 10 years ago and fully agree with what is said. DC folks are good but cyber should be part of DC not ERS (what was called at the time). I’ve had DC folks making jokes that I was ERS.
No idea why cyber is in advisory and not in consulting @deloitte

Word is already out that only "chosen few" in cyber got the retention bonuses... will likely result in few very happy and bunch of pissed of people that will likely start looking elsewhere given how hot the cyber security market is at the moment
It was far higher than that for some. Multiple folks SM level got 125k retention on top of AIP.
Deloitte Consulting here and work on Cloud security. Got 80k retention on top of AIP of 20% and 5% merit. Have an offer from AWS for 275k. Waiting for Bonus payday and then I'm like a bat outta hell ☺

Really? I felt like Deloitte delivered for cyber this year, a lot of folks I know got 20% and up raises.
May depend on your level. But Advisory definitely didn’t do the retention bonuses. And in general our AIP percentages are lower than our consulting peers.
OP, any insight how big is the AIP and raise this year? Joining D soon for a manager position

I saw some cloud security consulting roles at Deloitte and they won’t even talk to me cuz of experience requirement I guess.
At EY, the primary Cyber practice is under Advisory, which was rebranded last year to Consulting. There is also a smaller Cyber practice focused on M&A that is under EYP, which is the Strategy Consulting group. Compensation differs between these two groups.
